The Current opened during the middle of El Nino 2016, breaking through the storm to tantalize the tastebuds of the discerning food truck patrons of the Bay Area. Jim and Elijah's labor of love has birthed the first sous vid prep-style food truck. With thoughtful preparation, marinades, and cooking techniques, the Foodie movement has found a hero they could get behind.
